Avicii – ID + Vocal [MUSIC]

So it’s ULTRA Music Festival weekend in Downtown Miami and it’s Friday List day soooo0 I couldn’t help but pay some tribute to one of the top progressive HOUSE DJs in the world right now, Avicii. Here’s a new one for you that will definitely get your blood flowing to get the weekend kicked off on the right track. This guy is an absolute beast with his production putting out some of the best HOUSE breakdowns in the scene today. The build up is pretty typical of Avicii in the beginning not knowing what to expect then follows up by dropping what may be the best of his sounds so far.

Von Thord – “Wedding Night” [MUSIC]

Von Thord

These guys are kickin’ it dood. But seriously they really lay down some sick riffs on the cello and bass. It’s really starting to become apparent now that Sweden has some of the most creative music and starting to take over the independent scene in the west as well. The other music is really good but it’s best to show you this track so you can visually appreciate their extraordinary talent. Catch more of there songs here.

Fredrik – “Rites Of Spring” [MUSIC]

It seems like a solid ninety percent of the artists I’ve been finding so far this year are from Sweden. They are really making a huge name for themselves in the independent music world along with developing a very large following in the US. This Swedish trio has that more experimental electronic style with a mellow background accompanied by soft melodies and vocals. Here is one of their more recent tracks, “Rites Of Spring”. Check out more by FREDRIK here

Cirez D – “Full Stop” [MUSIC]

There are dirty house tracks coming out of Sweden it seems like everyday from Eric Prydz, and he really makes his mark on the world when he drops a new project. Here is one of his latest hits, the original mix for “Full Stop”, currently one of the premier HOUSE tracks around the world. Can’t wait to see what mixes come out of this one here. Visit his site for more tracks

Tingsek – “World Of Its Own” [MUSIC]

All that really needs to be said about this track here is, WOW! I can’t believe this hasn’t been heard by every music lover alive. This Swedish artist/producer brings a lot of talent to the table throughout his many projects. Recently caught wind of him hooking up with Slakah The Beatchild through his recent documentary. Be on the lookout for a whole array of vibes from Tingsek this year and years to come. Here is my personal favorite so far, “World Of Its Own”. Please check out more music by Tingsek here.

MOVITS! – Fel Del Av Gården [VIDEO]

You don’t even need to understand a lick of Swedish to enjoy this uplifting rhythm from MOVITS! Their range of genre in their music brings an exciting feeling that you can’t help but dance to. Enjoy this really fun video mixing hiphop with swing with pop. And also check out more music by MOVITS! here

Peter Bjorn & John – It Don’t Move Me

A great music video improv recorded track from the ‘I Love Sweden‘ independent music documentary. Hear more from Peter Bjorn & John.

The Tallest Man On Earth – “King Of Spain” [MUSIC]

We are currently seeing all kinds of extraordinary indie groups coming out of Sweden. Just came across these guys today through a facebook news feed. The Tallest Man On Earth with one of their hit tracks, “King Of Spain”. Please click the image above to visit their site.

Uniforms For The Dedicated – March Of No Coincidence [VIDEO]

New video by Stockholm’s, Uniforms featuring Maria Nordstrom former singer from Zeitgeist. Diggin’ the really low key Swedish HOUSE beat on this track. Check their site out for more music.
